Reading progress depends on whether the last read was off/on line

Brief summary

The progress shown depends on the last read. This seems to be the case because the calculation only considers the then-available chapters (ie dowbloaded chapters).

Note: to me this doesn't seem like a bug per se. I think it's an issue deserving of a solution nonetheless.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download some but not all chapters from one manga
2. filter by "On device"
3. read (part of) a downloaded chapter
4. observe progress shown, e.g. in favourites
5. don't filter by "On device"
6. read (part of) the same chapter
7. Observe different progress
