Xiaomi Button WXKG01LM / Aqara Wireless Switch E1 WXKG16LM -- Action entity exposed as diagnostic

hi,
The switches from title, namely well-known Xiaomi button and Aqara E1 wireless switch after adding expose action entity as diagnostic.

Is it possible to make these Actions entities to be displayed as config and so get them automatically displayed on overview dashboard.

so I created issue. Got the answer that legacy triggers will be anyway removed.
I have reconfigured to the device triggers.
still have no visibility of button status, but what is even worse: I noticed, that after HA reboot the first trigger fails.
Did not have enough time to investigate but I suspect that it fails when I use device trigger and in case of using legacy action trigger all is OK.
Can someone help what can be wrong, maybe you faced such issues in past. Such as, I have wireless button single click -- toggle light.
First click -- got nothing. Second click -- OK. it happens after HA host reboot and stays in this condition for long time, even if I restart HA host in the evening the next morning still first trigger fails. It's annoying.
