Ikea LED1733G7 does not update

I have 14 of the LED1733G7, all except 1 is updated to 2.3.095 (build date 20220928) but the lone'er is stuck at 2.3.091 (build date 20220112)

are there any reason why one of the same model etc is stuck and says there are no update for it? can i force an update from within home assistant so all are on the same firmware?

EDIT:

i also have 6 LED1537R6/LED1739R5 and here 2 of them are stuck at 2.3.091, and i have 17 E1524/E1810 remote (the hockey puck 5 button one) and one is stuck at 2.3.014
