Auto-populate facets on page load

When a user visits the faceted search from a link that has query parameters, populate the correct facets with the parameters from the URL.

Example:
User A navigates around the faceted search, selecting a number of facets. They find it interesting, so they copy the URL and send it to User B. User B clicks the link, is brought to the faceted search, and the facets auto-complete to what User A was seeing.
