Collectors change direction when shift-clicked

Describe the bug:

A Collector that is placed while pressing shift will face the opposite direction. This is unexpected/different from Vanilla behavior and can lead to situations where you can't place a Collector facing yourself because shift is also used to ignore hoppers, pipes etc.

So, this is intentional because placing collectors is so awkward. However, I do agree it is inconsistent. I think the sneak to rotate is not the best solution so I will readdress it in 1.16, but not sure what way to do that.
