If you have overlapping POIs and you move from one to the other icon then always the tooltip of the last selected one is shown independent of the z-index of the icon. The tooltip of the foremost icon should be shown.
If you have overlapping POIs and you move from one to the other then the tooltip of the last selected one is hidden if you leave the area of the first icon even if your cursor is still above the second POI.
