how to return it back? i tried everything, restarting sublime, shortcut keys, reinstalling plugin.... ALT SHIFT 1 etc..

Switch to the Xdebug layout. In your console, run the following commands:
Xdebug.add_debug_info('context', '')
Xdebug.add_debug_info('stack', '')

This should force them open again.
