This is the github project of the capita selecta (i.e. a project) of 6 EC done in period 1 in 2019 as part of the MSc Bioinformatics, by Sehou Kouiho and me.
The capita selecta was done at the chairgroup Systems and Synthetic Biology under supervision of Jasper Koehorst.
The capita selecta was titled Exploration of Machine Learning for Microbial Phenotype Prediction & implementation in Python.
