Make the page black when opening webpages rather than white

Many dark / black themes on Chrome have a black screen when opening webpages, would it be possible to get this black screen added to this theme too considering it is a dark theme? Like when opening a webpage there will be a white flash, if that could be dark / black that would make using this theme much better!
