Minecraft failed to load-Potential bug with enderio

I've been playing Dreams and Nightmares on ATLauncher and added enderio. After that the game keeps crashing I get the "Minecraft failed to start!" and "The following mod(s) have been identified as potential causes: Tiny Progressions"

I read somewhere that I have to install JEI and if that doesn't work install an older version of it (because it's supposed to have a bug ?) I tried all the releases from the latest (4.16.1.302) all the way down to (4.14.1.234) without luck, any suggestions ?

Maybe there is an issue with enderio ?
