Mixed issue between net/ and bitcoin-da

Right now, the wallet that has been used to test bitcoin-da functions was a local wallet created using bitcoin-cli.
We need to import a wallet.
We need a wallet for @izcrv 's testnet, one for bitcoin testnet and a last one for mainnet.

It should take inspiration on how it's done in Ethereum DA.
It will probably be a parameter in bitcoin-da Relayer and Barknet DA BitcoinClient.
