How to display the text labels "Heat", "Cool", etc for the current mode buttons? #155

I can't seem to figure out how to add text label for each mode button. How can I configure this card so it displays intuitive text labels for existing icon-only buttons. This kind of basic button customizability is available on Simple Thermostat Card. However, I would prefer to use "Better-thermostat-ui-card" if this is possible to do.
