Users last activity doesnt work correctly

What happened?

It seems the user last activity doesn't work - https://domain.com/settings#admin-users

I have 3 users in my kavita incl. my admin user which also seems to be affected in scenario below:

Reproduced on Android Mobile & also Windows Desktop

Desktop: Chrome seems to display the last activity correctly, however on Edge it doesn't work (tried inkognito on both browsers)
Mobile: Mozilla Firefox & Chrome displays just mine admin account activity - Currently Online, but not for the other 2 users.

What did you expect?

Last active users should show the correct last activity

Can you give some information on the locale you are using? I'm seeing it work just fine on edge. Also can you include an image of what pops up when you hover over the word never. One for each of the browsers

I am using Slovak locale, but I also switched to English and restarted the docker container, seems the issue is still there on mobile.

While hovering over the "Never" it shows the last date (surprising)
