Safari [osx, iOS] fails to display video file in <video> tag after conversion.

Investigate and determine if this is an S3 issue, https, etc.

Compare with compatibility in Karaokio.com, as it's roughly the same solution.
Perhaps the dynamic nature of the the added html causes the problem, in which case redirect to a new video_detail page.

Yes I use this tool. The website did not function and timing was off. So I altered the code to add the functions to fix scripts.
