Workspace jitters on scrolling rebound #96

This video is just after starting Hyprland after reboot. hyprspace is buggy also its not reading config where it was supposed to be spawning from top. After doing hyprctl reload everything works.

@myamusashi animation when scrolling past all the workspace-overview ( at the end ) is also buggy, is this also related ?

Expected behavior, though I could've added a check to prevent overscrolling.
