Breaking changes:

• removes all generated CSS by reboot.scss
• removes all styles for header: header.scss, megaMenu.scss, etc.

Potential breaking changes:

• styles for form elements (input, textarea, etc.) have been moved to a CSS layer kth-style.old to lower priority
