Clean up Old Files / Improve Models

Part of the goal is to move away from SSTU to the higher fidelity models that might exist from BDB and elsewhere. Here is a list of which parts still use SSTU models.

• ROE-Agena8048
• ROE-AJ10-transtar (AJ-190)
• ROE-J2
• ROE-J2X
• All of the Merlins
• RD-107
• RD-108
• RD-0110
• RD-170
• RD-191
• ROE-RL10A3
• ROE-RL10A5
• ROE-RL10B2
• ROE-RS25

I don't know what options exist, just wanted to get these listed out.

Models that I know of:

• The J-2 and the RL-10 (all the variants) have fancy revamped BDB models.
• Eisenhower Astronautics has an RD-191.

Another notably bad model is the Raptor, which looks nothing like the actual engine. Unfortunately the only good model I'm aware of is in NF Launch Vehicles Cryo Engines :/

Well we could always config the engines to use models from pack we cannot take assets from the same way ROTanks & ROSolar uses the near future stuff as a temp solution

#178 Addresses the remaining Russian engines (RD-107/108/0110/170/191)
CryoEngines has a J-2X, but we cannot use Nertea's models as mentioned above. Same for Raptor.
To the best of my knowledge no model exists of transtar, it's fairly obscure
There are a few Merlin models out there, but not many are better than the SSTU ones, and none of them encompass all Merlin versions.
