Atlas Release v1.0 changes

This release includes the following changes:

• updates to the apache container to no longer serve up files from within Apache
• updates to the Atlas ES config to make it more robust/production ready
• new service added for serving files to the user
• upgrade arranger

Release v16.0

Release v14.0

This release introduces elastalert for the log aggregator so we can be alerted of issues in our production instances.

Release v13.0

This release was to merge in the new docker-compose scripts for the KPMP Atlas

Release v12.0

This release coincides with the Data Lake Uploader release v 2.6

Included in this release are:

• updated script for managing the systems in the data lake
• new docker compose for a dev version of eridanus (the notification service)
• exposing the port for eridanus so we can call it from state manager
• changes to docker compose and env to handle globus configurations
• parameterization of the state service version

Release v11.0

This release coincides with the DPR (delphinus) user portal integration release (v1.1). Changes to the docker compose scripts to run delphinus alongside the user auth service.

Release v10.0

This release corresponds to the November 2019 release of the Data Lake suite of applications

Included in this release:

• updates to the apache-dl-proxy to resume caching
• introduction of the apache-dl-proxy-basic which turns shibboleth off for use in testing
• introduction of script to start/stop the entire data lake ecosystem on both developer machines and production
• additional security around the log aggregator
• improvements to fluentd to parse logs better
• changes to several compose scripts to parameterize location of log aggregation service

Release v9.0

This release coincides with the Sept. 2019 release of the Data Lake suite of applications.

The changes included in this release are:

• sending logs to the log aggregator for the following projects: eridanus, libra, orion
• introduction of a new service: state manager

Release v8.0

heavens-docker is the repository that holds docker configurations for all of the KPMP applications developed by the University of Michigan.

This release includes

• a new proxy server for the applications that live in the Data Lake environment
• a new set of docker compose files for the data manager (project: libra, one file for local development and one for production use)
• updated docker compose files for orion (including one for local development, and one for production)
