针对国际版，建议增加两列数据：

  1. 是否支持eSIM
  2. 是否原生支持NFC门禁卡模拟

除了 iPad 和部分同时有蓝牙版和 eSIM 版的手表，其他支持 eSIM 的型号没有进行标注。我之前没特别关注过 eSIM 或 NFC 门禁卡模拟相关，后者我倾向不增加

海外版基本上都用 Google Wallet，NFC 门禁卡模拟是没有的
通信支持可能和地区有关，例如部分机型在部分地区仅支持单 SIM 卡槽，而其他地区是双卡的，eSIM 也同理，所以是否支持 eSIM 建议去厂商对应区域官网 specs 页面看
