Example on how to include a link to the notebook on custom index.html?

This project is great for Pluto programmers, but I wonder if you could provide an example on how to link and delpoy a notebook inside a custom index.html file? Because the default one just shows Notebooks and the file names, it would be nice to implement it in a customized web page.
