Vue.jl does not work in Jupyterlab #7

With every dependency at its latest version and JupyterLab release 0.32 Vue.jl does not work. The javascript console gives the following error:

system.js:4 Uncaught (in promise) Error: Fetch error: 404 Not Found
  Instantiating http://localhost:8888/pkg/Vue/vue.js
  Loading /pkg/Vue/vue.js
    at system.js:4

Also, this prevents InteractNext from working.
WebIO by itself works though.
