I think we should have separate code and tutorial contribution pages, with a link duplicated on the tutorial's page. We should emphasise that users can make a PR or issue request to link an existing tutorial hosted elsewhere, or contribute a DatascienceTutorial if they prefer.
Or something along these lines.

Thank you for this valuable recommendation. Making an entire contributions page for tutorial contributions may be viewed as suboptimal for three reasons (I was on my way to create this page but these thoughts crossed me):
Instructions for developers to add tutorials will better fit in this repo's README (i.e., don't fancy talking about website code structure in the website itself)
Such instructions won't fill up the full page (they only need to fill a yaml file following the pattern)
It's not easy to find a name for that page in the navigation bar (without creating confusion with the other contributions page)
Thereby, I suggest that we keep tutorials contribution in the main README or some other README hosted in this repo and then link to it from the tutorials page (and if you like also the contribution page). What do you think?
