In the browser you can share a website from the menu. It would be awesome to -> click share on a website you are visiting -> website info is filled in to make a web app.

That would be nice, but how do we get the icon and maintainer for those webapps? Or it would only fill URL, Title, Name and maybe Description?

Most websites provide a picture "apple-touch" that is of sufficiant size for the icon.
