Replication:
There are two bugs that should be solved in this issue.

  1. In ！！這個考試是主要測試用的 考試 （勿改名）！！，there are many examinees and many submission.
    But the average score shows 0.

  2. Question 70013 has many submissions that should on the bar chart.
