For all issues: Make sure you are using the latest version of Revolution.

Please report mod-bugs directly to the mod author. Bonus points for linking that issue to an issue on the Revolution issue tracker.

Please read the appropriate pages for your pack at the Revolution website.

Read all open issues before you post yours - noone benefits from 160 copies of the same bug report.

If your issue involves a log, please include the full log, not just parts of it.

If your issue involves a crash, you must include crash report or a loading log (the former is preferred). Please read through the crash report before submitting.

If your issue is lag or FPS related, include some form of profiling data; "it lags" is worthless for support.

If your issue is something is not working, include screenshots to rule out user error and to track down potential bugs.

If you have modified the pack, either by adding mods or removing non-optional mods, we may provide support, provided you include a complete and unaltered crash report and log file. If you do not, you will not be helped and your issue will be closed.

Please use Pastebin, Gist, or a similar service for posting crash reports, logs, modlists or other long documents.

Be polite. Don't be demanding.
