Can anyone point me at a good SQLBulkCopy from CSVDataReader Example

I'm looking to stream a csv file via CSVReader into SQLBulkCopy and getting

The given value of type String from the data source cannot be converted to type date of the specified target column.

If I was going to a DataTable I'd know how to solve it, but trying to go straight from a reader to sql is causing me fits.
