Incorporation: As a user I can Cancel Incorporation

Description

As a contributor to the Colony, it should be possible to cancel an incorporation that was created by another contributor. This process will require a Motion and the option to penalize ore not the stake made by the creator of the incorporation. If the user has permission though, they should be able to force cancel without needing to create a motion.

Acceptance Criteria

• an option to close modal with (x) icon
• an option to see a headline
• an option to see a text
• an option to use a "Force" toggle
• an option to see an icon with tooltip
• an option to see a stake
• an option to pick if the owner should be penalized or not
• an option to use input field (max 90 chars)
• an option to use "Continue" button
