Hi, I'm trying to plot Sample Coverage results with ciliate data set and shows this error:
Warning messages:
1: Removed 3 rows containing missing values (geom_point).
2: Removed 68 rows containing missing values (geom_path).
The same happens with my own data, but plot lines are interrupted. iNEXT function works well in both cases.
Also, how do I interpret sample coverage with incidence data? The percentage of species observed in the sampled units? And coverage deficit would be the probability that a new species appear when I add one sample unit?
Thank you very much for your help.
Cheers,
Joaqu'in.
