Biqu B1 on USB

Hi, Im knew to klipper.
O bought a orange pi 3B to install klipper on my biqu b1.
Installed mainsail on the pi, but I don´t think I´m able to install klipper on the printer.
Made dozens of klipper.BIN but looks like it doesn´t want to install.
I followed your step by step and other as well but coulnd´t make it work.
Another question I have is, can I control the printer using that USB on the side of the printer or only by uart?
I really didn´t want to use uart.
I remember when I fist updated marlin, It took me a month, couldnt make the printer ready the TF card to update. Don´t remember how I finally got it to work.
Any how, Hope you can give me some help.
