[REQUEST] Support for Geniatech T230 / Mygica T230 USB TV-tuners?

@mattgorski If I could make a request then I would like to see support for Geniatech T230 / Mygica T230 USB DVB tuner.

This is combined DVB-C, DVB-T and DVB-T2 USB 2.0 TV-tuner from Geniatech, and it known for having among the best Linux support, yet cost reativly little, as you can buy on Aliexpress or eBay for couple bucks when shipped from China. At this time the Geniatech T230 / Mygica T230 can be considered the best USB DVB TV-tuners for Linux (Video4Linux). I currently have two of them working great with DVB-T2 with the new LibreELEC 8.0 (embedded Linux distrobution with Kodi) on a Raspberry Pi 3.

These are sold as "Mygica T230" and "Geniatech T230" (also sold rebranded as August T210v2), but don't confuse this with Mygica/Geniatech T220, T220A, or T230C which looks the same but has different hardware (and requires different drivers).
