Using Qodana on Jenkins/docker environment

Hi everyone!
We are trying to use Qodana for our development and we are using it throug Jenkins and docker. Our issue is when Qodana tries to check our code, we receive lots of java "connection refused" errors.
We have limited internet access in our network, so we want to know if there is a firewall requirements specs or something to give to our network team and create a permit rule in our firewall.
