Passing token via CLI and locally on desktop?

Hi,
I use Nuke Build with TeamCity. For a local build on my desktop, do I set an environment variable in Windows for the Qodana token? And in TeamCity, is this an environment variable?
Can I pass the token to the CLI as an argument?
