Allow the input of an IP pattern as part of the configuration of a key such that that key will be automatically selected for any matching client if no key is otherwise provided by the client.

This should support the expanded syntax provided by #52

De-prioritized as it's not a good shortcut to #99 like originally thought, but may still be a useful feature in the future
