When multiple Windows are maximized/in the same position, their icons in the preview ovelap. They should be displayed besides eachother.

We suggest changing the z-order so that the icon of the highlighted app becomes visible above other icons.

@donlaci @SeraphimaZykova I have made some significant updates to the editor based on a lot of feedback from the team. Going to open a new issue for this and will link here.
