BLT not showing in payday

I'm having issues getting BLT to show up in game, I have tried the pd2mods version and getting it from Github and neither work, I've reinstalled the game 3 times and tried disabling full-screen optimisation and enabling, nothing has worked so far.

I'm on windows 10 and just wanted to run Wolfhud, I tried running it with just BLT and no mods and still nothing, no crashes but the menus won't show up either. I've also tried reinstalling C++

@CR4ZYGAM3R I have same problem with you. And my steam run compitable mode with win7,i turned it off and it works.

I've tried to delete the folders PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides PAYDAY 2\mods and PAYDAY 2\IPHLPAPI.dll and reinstall the BLT before i turned off the compitable mode,but it didn't work. Maybe you can have a try?
