[BUG] Doesn't work on Alder Lake-U.

Describe the bug
Premade Presets is greyed out, and Custom Presets do not apply.

Expected behaviour
Given other software like Throttlestop allow to change PL1 and power balance, it is possible to add that into UXTU. Now if voltage and clock tuning are possible, I have no clue, Intel seems put way too much effort/money into locking that.
