Fine Tuning metrics

Hello, I'm new and I want to understand and make see and show how my model performed throughout it's training. I used the trainer inside the trainer folder. I can see that it shows some metrics. What I need is some help to show more metrics. I need to show the train, test, and validation accuracy and loss for my fine tuning. How can I get the values for these three? Also, if there is a way for me to display the confusion matrix that will be extremely helpful as well. Thank you
