Currently, we can only generate case study reports through the MolEvolvR web-app (1.0). #27

This issue is to create a qmd/rmd markdown (R/Quarto) report generator that carries everything from the web-app report generator & more but does so locally with the R-package functions (fully in-house within the MolEvolvR repo).
