Voyager KC-2/-3 cannot be configured as seen IRL in passenger config

smaller issue, no priority :)
Voyager does contain liveries with registrations AirTanker's airframes passenger interiors but underwing pods are not removable by a toggle (or were they meant to be? via the toggle drogues button?), hurting immersion in my a rare use case. Boom toggle is fine though.

I might resolve this myself by just adding appropriate liveries to the -243
