Currently, once a player is dead, they can continue firing and scoring points. The firing button should only be active when the user is alive.

When player lives === 0, end PlayState and send the user to the EndGameState

End game state should show:

  • points scored
  • satoshis lost
  • level reached
  • "better luck next time!
