Feature Request: Host Pool 50% - Alert per HostPool/RG

Alert Triggers too often for small host pools used for testing. Consider filter option or separate alert for each Host Pool to just not enable the ones detected at deployment.

This works well, just wanted you to know. It will help to isolate it to only specific Host Pools where possible, but adjusting the query to do a "| where..." statement works fine.

@JCoreMS -- so feedback from customers in the field -- they prefer it be 75% and not 50%, just because of how often those alerts may hit at that range. Maybe we can adjust this to 75% instead?
