Build an interactive app for simple layer aberrations

An idea from Tom, using the OpenWFS devices, we can simulate the effect of aberrating layers.

We can use this application to show the effect of certain structures on the imaging quality of their samples in order to show them the benefits of adaptive optics / wavefront shaping.

Current unmet requirements before this can be made:

• Microscope object needs to be able to simulate the effect of an aberrating layer
• An applet needs to be built that runs the simulation and provides a few user inputs
