The LLM used for annotation should be configurable from the frontend.

Frontend:

update settings menu in frontend
add LLMProvider Selection, Model Name Input, API Key Input
modify request signature
test for Azure, KissKI and OpenAI

Backend:

remove .env dependencies from llm backend
modify endpoints and pydantic models to accept all parameters from frontend
