Waitlist: "Use price after applying voucher when checking price limit" is always on

As the title says - I've turned off "Use price after applying voucher when checking price limit" in my Waitlist settings, but I still get notifications whenever the price after applying the voucher is below my limit, even though the base discount is not below the limit.
