[FEATURE REQUEST] Permanently exclude certain friends from mass comments

Current Behavior (if any)

Currently there is no setting to permanently exclude friends from mass comments.

Desired Behavior

A setting option to permanently exclude certain friends from the mass comments without clicking on every single friend.
Maybe this will be solved by a "grouping" system or something similar.
So you can create friend categories, so you can select or deselect one category for example and not each friend individually.

Motivation / Use Case for Changing the Behavior

I have a lot of friends on the friend list and I regularly send mass comments. However, I also have friends who I don't want to send a comment to. Currently, I always have to select all friends and then individually deselect friends I don't wish to send a comment to at all.
This is very annoying and time-consuming with a large friend list.

I don't think mass comments is a feature of this extension.
