[FEATURE REQUEST] Permanent list of Tags to Exclude

Current Behavior (if any)

Currently, there is a setting in Store preferences called Tags To Exclude, which allows you to always ignore games with specified tags (up to 10). Additionally, you can add tags to ignore with each search.

This will exclude products from your view of the Steam store that are tagged highly with the tags you select here.
Based on products you marked as 'ignore', you may want to consider excluding some of these tags: Clicker, Looter Shooter, MOBA, Battle Royale, Match 3.
Pick up to ten tags. Steam will then filter out games with those tags: (…)

Desired Behavior

Every time a user searches store.steampowered.com/search/ they see results that do not include 10+ unwanted tags.

Motivation / Use Case for Changing the Behavior

Steam currently uses almost 500 tags to describe a wide variety of game properties. With such a total number, only ten tags to ignore are too few.

Workaround: Bookmark a search page in your browser with all unwanted tags added to ignore, and use only that for searching.
