Problem statement:

  1. create an identity.
  2. show all contacts
  3. select the identity(contact) in the list of contacts.It shows unregistered
  4. Now enable mining.

Now this identity will never show as registered even if it is registered in blockchain.
It shows registered only if we edit this contact gui or we restart the client.

A minor fix on bf70f58 , but some callback mechanism is still required.
