AWS provides this list of Prefixes/IP addresses for each of their datacenters:
http://ec2-reachability.amazonaws.com/
Without going into the whole modeling of datasets, it would be interesting to have this data in this format:
That said while modeling this we should consider other cloud providers, for example Google has similar lists, and their geofeed data.
