Ladies and Gentlemen, Good [morning/afternoon/evening]! Thank you for giving me this opportunity to speak with you today. I'm here to share a message that has been with me throughout my life: "Don't Rush." Let me take you back to my junior high school days. I was a student who struggled a lot and often found myself at the bottom of the class. The pressure from my parents, teachers, and classmates was enormous. Back then, every day seemed like a race against time. I was determined to change my position in this race. With firm determination, I managed to climb from the bottom of the class rankings to the fourth place. This achievement required a great deal of time, hard work, and, yes, a bit of haste. Fast forward to my senior year of high school. I faced a similar challenge. With exams approaching, I decided to repeat my earlier success. I spent a week hurriedly finishing a round of review tasks. But this time, there was a problem. I didn't take the time to check my answers. During the exams, I made a big mistake – I rushed. I missed many basic questions that should have been easy points on the exam paper.I had become a victim of my own haste. Now, let's come to the present. I am leading a team working on a gesture recognition project. It's a complex task that demands patience, carefulness, and a deep understanding of technology. On the very first day, one of my team members came to me with a look of hopelessness. "Team Leader," they said, "I have no idea where to start with this task. I'm sure I won't be able to finish it." Their words reminded me of my past experiences. It was like a mirror reflecting the problems of hurrying.I look back and find that in my journey from being a struggling student to a team leader, the thing which made me success is not rushing.Rushing is always making problems.Rushing leads to mistakes. It clouds our judgment and weakens our ability to think clearly. Nowadays,in this fast-paced world, it's easy to fall into the trap of hurrying rushing. We are constantly told that we need to be faster, more efficient, and always one step ahead. But what if I told you that sometimes, slowing down is the key to success? So, to my team member and to all of you, I say: Don't rush.  Take the time ,take the time to do it step by step.remember that life is not a race to be won by the fastest.it is like a flower which need our patient to water. Thank you for your time. And remember, "Don't Rush.Take the time"
