I want to integrate mctpd to my BMC. Where can we find the bb file of mctpd?

Please use the following reference for the recipe file.
Note: You will have to include the phosphor-dbus-interfaces patch too

Please apply the two MCTP related D-Bus interfaces patches on phosphor-dbus-interfaces (0028 and 0032)
